Dan Moneypenny has left UK sportswear and streetwear retailer Footasylum after three years to join Centric Brands as vice president of sales for Under Armour EMEA.
Announcing his departure on Instagram, Moneypenny said: "After 3 fantastic years, my time at Footasylum has come to [an] end. I'm incredibly proud of everything we achieved, and so grateful for the support I received from all of my colleagues, and especially my team."
He added: "From a personal perspective, an opportunity presented itself and it was something I couldn't turn down, and I cannot wait to get started."
Moneypenny leaves Footasylum during a period of expansion for the Rochdale-based retailer. The company's FY25 total revenue rose 9.4 percent to 349.5 million pounds, with online sales up 6 percent to 143.1 million pounds. In March, FashionUnited reported that the retailer had expanded its revolving credit facility with HSBC UK from 35 million pounds to 60 million pounds, and that it opened nine new UK stores in 2025 and confirmed 40 new locations in the Gulf region through a franchise partnership with Apparel Group.
