American fashion brand Calvin Klein, a subsidiary of PVH Corp., has opened its latest global flagship store in SoHo, New York City.

Officially opening its doors on December 9, the flagship sees the brand return to its roots and expand its presence in one of the US’s main fashion hubs, as Calvin Klein continues to roll out its retail expansion strategy, with flagship store openings in Paris and Tokyo earlier this year.

The new flagship is located in the center of SoHo, at 530 Broadway, and spans more than 3,000 square feet. In line with the brand’s wider goal to open “premium lifestyle destinations” that combine Calvin Klein’s unique aesthetic with local appeal, the SoHo flagship store’s overall design is inspired by the city’s iconic loft apartments.

“We are proud to return to one of the world’s most fashionable cities – and the birthplace of our iconic brand – with an elevated retail expression,” said David Savman, Global Brand President at Calvin Klein, in a statement on the opening.

“This new global flagship, located just steps from our landmark Houston Street billboard, is a tribute to Calvin Klein’s New York heritage. It represents both the evolution of our retail experience and a tangible expression of the world of Calvin Klein. Calvin Klein embodies a distinctive, global way of living that meets culture, and this store is the latest step on our journey of taking our brand to the next level.”

The flagship store features Calvin Klein’s complete lifestyle offering, centering on denim and underwear, with leading styles from its Calvin Klein Collection launching in store from Spring 2026 onwards. To mark the opening of the flagship store, Calvin Klein will offer a limited-edition capsule collection, which includes tees, fleece sweatshirts, hats, and totes branded with custom Calvin Klein Soho branding in navy, cobalt, grey, and white colorways.

“New York is central to the DNA of the Calvin Klein brand,” added Stefan Larsson, CEO, PVH Corp. “This homecoming is a key milestone as we build Calvin Klein into one of the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world. Step by step, we’re deepening brand relevance, driving consumer engagement, and strengthening brand positioning across North America and globally.”

The exterior façade of the SoHo flagship store is painted in Calvin Klein’s signature charcoal tone, while its large, bright windows were created with a custom seasonal concept in mind with design studio Perron Studios. The windows are inspired by the store’s design motif, a sweeping spiral staircase, custom 3D-shaped seating, and repurposed shipping crates used as display elements to evoke the feeling of settling into a character-filled SoHo loft.

The store’s interior features Calvin Klein’s signature palette of soft creams, warm neutrals, and organic textures. The airy interior mixes industrial heritage with a polished aesthetic, featuring exposed timber joists, cast-iron columns, and poured concrete flooring that echo the raw spirit of SoHo’s iconic lofts.

Large reclaimed-wood frames subtly reference the neighborhood’s expansive factory windows, while brushed stainless-steel details and smooth cream-plaster fixtures strike a balance between artisanal tactility and contemporary clarity. Floor-to-ceiling curved digital screens further animate the space with the brand’s bold visual campaigns, underscoring Calvin Klein’s ongoing dialogue with culture and fashion.

Founded in New York in 1968, Calvin Klein has grown into an international brand, operating across more than 40 countries across all major continents.
