Dr. Martens announces Justin Lee Seungoh as new South Korea GM
UK footwear brand Dr. Martens has appointed Justin Lee Seungoh as its new general manager for South Korea, effective October 1, 2026.
Lee joins the business with over 20 years of experience across consumer and retail companies including Nespresso, Samsung, and Unilever, where he held positions across brand strategy, marketing, and consumer engagement. He most recently served as head of marketing at Nespresso South Korea. Lee also brings global experience to the role, having previously held leadership positions in China and the UK.
In his new role, Lee will lead the Dr. Martens South Korea business alongside its country leadership team. He will report to Mike Stopforth, chief commercial officer at Dr. Martens, and will join the company's global leadership team.
“Justin is a fantastic fit to lead our South Korean business as we build on already strong foundations in the market,” said Stopforth in a press release. “He brings with him a wealth of experience both within the South Korean market, and globally, having worked for some of the world's largest consumer and retail companies. South Korea is an exciting and strategically important market for Dr. Martens, and Justin's appointment reflects our commitment to investing in both our key markets and world-class talent across the organisation.”
