In pictures: Tommy Hilfiger launches Tommy sport, its first sportswear apparel line

PVH Corp’s Tommy Hilfiger is joining the athleisure trend with the launch of an apparel line called Tommy Sport. Bringing wardrobe essentials for both men and women, the line aims to “inject a cool and bold edge into performance”, with features such as compression technology, water-repellent fabrics, moisture wicking and stretch elements.

”[The] pieces are ergonomically built for optimal movement and multi-purpose use for the next generation of consumers who approach wellness, outdoor activities and general fitness as a lifestyle”, said the brand in a statement. “Active living has evolved into a way of life and changed the way we dress, with the next generation looking for designs that fit their on-the-go lifestyle”.

The debut Spring 2019 Tommy Sport collection is available in Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide, as well as the brand’s ecommerce and select wholesale partners.
