We're launching ACTA, here to support fashion + sustainability.

Did you hear? We're forming a new industry association to support sustainable business practice in all verticals across the fashion industry and supply chain.
Introducing ACTA, the Australasian Circular Textile Association. ACTA was formed shortly after The Australian Circular Fashion Conference, Sydney March 2018, in response to attendees and fellow professionals to support the enormity of transitioning from a linear model to full circularity.
As an association ACTA saves the industry time and money by joining the dots to achieve sustainable practice. Our mission is to implement circular textile innovation through our unique service model and we aim to see textile take-back's become as successful as fellow recycling schemes such as e-waste and green waste.
Australian Representative for Innovation in Edinburgh at the Global Finals
With great anticipation it's very exciting to share ACTA represented Australia in the EU's Climate KIC Launchpad Global Finals last November in Scotland. This recognition validates the necessity of the association. We've successfully identified the key pillars and solution providers to facilitate closed loop recycling.
Membership
Memberships will be open to all industry sectors working with fashion and textiles.
ACTA's currently in discussion with several potential founding members and a top tier consultancy firm as we look to incorporate the new association shortly.
