Spanish streetwear brand Yuxus sets its sights on Europe with pop-up stores
Madrid-based streetwear brand Yuxus is preparing to enter two of Europe's main capitals with a roadmap that paves the way for a more ambitious international expansion.
FashionUnited has learned that Yuxus will open two pop-up stores in collaboration with the agency Nexo Studio. The first will be located at Linienstraße 111 in Berlin, from October 30 to November 1, while the second will open its doors at 21 rue de Turenne in Paris, from November 6 to 8.
The announcement comes just two months after fellow Spanish brand Scalpers took a stake in Yuxus' capital. Both companies presented the deal as a strategic alliance with a joint expansion plan, specifically aimed at facilitating Yuxus' entry into new countries and consolidating its presence in its current markets.
In parallel, the brand has been working to strengthen its creative structure. In September 2025, it appointed Víctor Ariza as its first creative and design director, a move the company also linked to its international growth objectives at the time.
Paris is not a new market for Yuxus. The firm tentatively began its international expansion in 2024 through a corner in Newcop, the Spanish chain specialising in limited-edition trainers, which was its first international point-of-sale in the French capital. Berlin, on the other hand, marks its debut with a street-level space in Germany, one of the key European markets for urban fashion.
Founded in 2018 by Fernando Carrillo and brothers Álvaro and Guillermo Ferre, who were 16 years old at the time, Yuxus was launched with an initial investment of 1,000 euros. The three founders used this to produce their first batch of T-shirts. During its early years, the company operated exclusively through its digital channel. In September 2023, it made the leap into physical retail with its first store on Fuencarral street in Madrid. It later opened its own stores in Valencia and Seville; incorporated corners in El Corte Inglés; and expanded its presence in multi-brand spaces.
Currently, the business remains in the hands of brothers Guillermo and Álvaro Ferre, who continue to lead the company following Scalpers' investment.
