We are on the lookout for a Part-time Retail Professional to join our Tawa Factory Outlet in Wellington.
Key responsibilities:
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours:To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and SATURDAYS.
