We are on the lookout for an Advanced Retail Professional (3rd in Charge) to join our Manukau Factory Outlet.

- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
